My roots as a native Washingtonian have paved the way for my newest career home, as chief development officer for Children’s Home Society of Washington. With more than 20 years of multifaceted fund development experience and a personal drive to enhance the health and well-being of the communities in my backyard, I’ve jumped right in the deep end of the Children's Home Society of Washington’s swimming pool. I’m making great strides in building a growth trajectory for 2020 and beyond during this exciting evolutionary time period for the organization.

Before starting at Children’s Home Society of Washington, I served as director of development at The Beecher’s Foundation, helping children and families learn about our food system and making better food choices. I am also passionate about raising the profile of the arts for today’s youth, having worked with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, furthering the mission to explore artistic creativity in everyone.

Human connection is the common denominator. The people are what make our individual communities special and unique, and we all need to be invested in maintaining the success of these ecosystems. The work we do at Children’s Home Society of Washington is making crucial advancements in serving youth and families in our backyards, which ultimately impacts us all.
