• adoption and foster care programs that ensure that every child has a permanent, loving home
• early learning programs that provide children with the support, knowledge and skills they need to reach their full potential
• family support programs that provide families and communities with the tools they need to successfully navigate through life
• counseling services that help children acquire the skills they need to address social, emotional and behavioral challenges and forge stronger relationships with their family, school, and community
