Our Adoption Resource Centers (ARC) provide a wide range of services to families adopting children from the child welfare system and internationally. The ARC offers information about adopting special needs children, in-depth training and support for foster and adoptive parents, special needs child-centered recruitment, home studies, matching/child placement, and a full range of intensive and non-intensive post adoptive placement services.
